Marshall Award Winners Gather for Seminar Honoring the Legacy of General of the Army George C. Marshall
Lexington, VA - The 2009 Marshall Award winners walk across the campus of Washington and Lee University enroute to dinner and speaking event that featured the Secretary of the Army, Pete Geren. A total of 271 cadets from colleges and universities across America and West Point attended the annual Marshall ROTC Award Seminar, April 14-17, 2009.
