Marshall Award winners from ROTC units located throughout the United States were invited to attend the prestigious, three-day seminar in Lexington, Virginia. 
Seminar Chairman GEN Richard A. Cody, USA (Ret.), former Vice Chief of Staff, welcomed the cadets to the 2013 event.
